Jewellery Trend: The Gold Lace Cuff

Lace gold double cuff with wedding gown by Elena Kougianou
Heavy metal cuffs have long been a favourite of mine, however if you are not game enough for chunky brass and dark gemstones on your wedding day then cuffs of the lace kind are definitely for you. These are normally cast in metals from a delicate and intricate lace pattern and kept thin to mimic actual fabric. I have selected my favourites bellow, all of which embrace the current metallic gold trend.

The breathtaking cuffs above are designed by Elena Kougianou and can be seen in more detail here:

To see how metal cuffs add a striking statement against an ivory wedding gown we took inspiration from the images bellow.

If you are not wearing a gold gown like our first image remember to stick to a gown with warmer shades like ivory and blush to compliment gold tones. To make a fashion forward statement double your cuffs up and pick metals and patterns that contrast with your gowns fabric.
