A recent trend that seems to have flowed from the fashion industry into the wedding industry is pairing metallics with pastels. I love this for two reasons: it formalises otherwise casual pastels, and softens often harsh gold tones. If you are not one to wear gold or rose gold traditionally, above are some ways to incorporate the look in to your decor. My favourite metallic/pastel combination is blush and gold or rosy shades of gold.
